The 4th International Conference on Real Estate Development and Management will be held face-to-face in Ankara on February 3-5, 2025. The international conference, consisting of refereed paper presentations and workshops, is open to original academic studies on the topics of ten different commissions announced on the web page. Sessions will be held simultaneously in different halls based on commissions and topics. In the workshops to be held within the scope of the conference, the opportunity will be provided for the managers of national and international organizations to make presentations, and the topics and guests will be determined according to the conference themes. In addition, it is anticipated that at least two honorary guests will participate and make presentations each day.

The conference meets the academic promotion and academic incentive criteria according to the regulations of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the Interuniversity Board (ÜAK). The qualities of the conference can be listed as follows:
• The scientific board of the conference is multinational.

• Abstracts and full-text papers at the conference will be printed after going through the referee process and will be included in the presentation program.

• The conference call was sent to the managers and experts of universities, research institutions, professional institutions, public and private institutions selected from 45 different countries. A maximum of 45% of the total number of papers will be allocated for academics and experts from Turkey to participate in the conference. Face-to-face participation is targeted from at least 20 different countries, and the presentation of accepted foreign papers will be made.

• The publication of the proceedings book with an ISBN number will be provided within a maximum of 30 days after the conference.

• If requested for academic promotion, the official assignment letter of the organizing committee will be shared with the participants after the conference.

• The cover letter showing the number of papers required for academic incentive and their distribution by country will be shared with the participants who request it after the conference.
